Tai Chi
The Tai Chi group started in May 2022.
The leader is Lynne Tidmarsh and the instructor is Judy Hasson.
The group is split between two sessions on Tuesdays. Group 1 starts at 12:15 and Group 2 an hour later at 13:15pm.
The venue is the Wightman Hall (Scout Hut) on Stratford Road. There is a small charge to cover room hire.
