“The Scrabble group continues to thrive with a current membership of 12, meeting on 3rd Friday of the month, between 2.00- 4.00pm. We have two friendly, but not desperately competitive games. Just a fun afternoon and good companionship really.
As we meet at my home in Amington, I am unable to accommodate more than this number due to space limitations and current health requirements.
However a second group has now started up, meeting on the 1st Monday of the month, at Tamworth library. “
