2 - 3.30pm on location when weather is suitable.
We are an informal group who enjoy sketching and painting in interesting peaceful places alongside others. All levels of experience are welcome.
Everyone brings their own materials and equipment, using whatever medium they prefer, (pencil, pen and wash, watercolour, pastels, coloured pencils etc.) and usually a small lightweight stool as nearby seats may not always be available.
Afterwards we ‘meet’ to review our sketches, on location, in a nearby cafe or later at home via WhatsApp.
(U3A does not provide personal insurance. We meet as a group of friends painting and sketching together who all take responsibility for their own health and safety; you come along at your own risk.)
