The nominated Latin Beginners Group Leader is Hâf Ricketts
We are a small group with seven members. We have been following the Cambridge Latin Course and we are just coming to the end of Book One. None of us is capable of tutoring the group so we follow the exercises in the relevant study book. Occasionally one or other of us will compile other appropriate activities.
The structure of the course is very informal. We certainly laugh a lot and realise that despite our informality and levity we have made progress and our understanding of Latin has improved!
We aim to continue through Book 2 of the course and we have discovered there are activities online which we can adapt.
