Walking Group 1
1st Monday am
Leader: Paul Tempest
This group is now up and running, or perhaps that should be walking!!
I will be acting as the convener and will organize the first two walks, after which I anticipate each
member to take their turn in leading one of the walks.
The walks will be approximately 3-4 miles long on easy terrain and will take place at 10:00 or 10:30 am on
the first Monday of the month. Check individual walks for details of start times.
If transport is a problem then let me know and I’m sure suitable arrangements can be made.

Place: Risby, Folly Lake Cafe car park. HU17 8SS
Walk: 3 miles country track.
Lunch: 12noon at the aforementioned cafe. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY CASH FOR YOUR FOOD ON THE DAY AS THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS

It is important to wear appropriate footwear, preferably walking boots, as the ground can be wet or uneven.
We are always pleased to welcome new members to our friendly and informal group.
N.B. Please be there at least 10 mins before the commencement of the walk.
