The Midweek Walking Group

The Midweek rambles continue, coordinated by Sally Pickles and led by various interested walk leaders. This group offers walks of at least 5 miles on a Tuesday or Wednesday usually in the third week of each month generally starting at 10:00 or 10:30am.

NEXT WALKS

  • The March walk will be on Tuesday 19th from Slough to Windsor, a distance of approx 6.5 miles - see details under 'Dates for your Diary' below.
  • The following walk will be on Tuesday 16th April - details to follow.
  • The May walk will be on Wednesday 15th, led by Phil - details to follow.

Please let the Convenor, Sally know by email (through the blue bird, top right) if you’re interested in these walks - this is so we have an idea on numbers and can advise the lunch venue on this. It would be helpful if you would include your mobile number so that we can call you if you are not at the rendezvous on time.

=====================================

These walks may be on varying terrain and in any part of the London area, with travel by public transport to and from the walk. Each walk will typically cover a distance of 5 to 9 miles and usually (but not always) end with lunch in a pub.
There is no limit on numbers for this Group and all members are welcome. Please let the co-ordinator know if you are coming along on a walk, so they know to expect you.

Group Convener: Sally Pickles, tel 07884 188739 or email through the blue bird, top right, if you are interested in joining these walks.
