Venue - at the Childswickham Village Hall -(Our New Venue from 28th September)

When - 4th Friday during Winter (August - March) meetings are from p.m.2.00 to 4.00 pm During the Spring and Summer (April - July) a.m.,the meeting is replaced by outings to places of interest. We operate a car sharing scheme

Subscriptions - £12.00 per annum. Each member pays his/her entrance fee at museums etc.

New members are always welcome.

Our Objectives and activities are to expanding the knowledge of members in matters pertaining to every aspect of engineering and transport development.

The social aspect of our gatherings is very important. We have a lunch in a local hostelry twice a year.

The following is a brief overview of our coming programme of talks and visits for the year, so if they are of interest please come along you will be most welcome.

2018

23rd November - Visit to Glosfume Technologies at Winchcombe (Note this is a morning visit only)

28th December - Christmas(ish) buffet in Weston sub Edge village hall

2019

25th January - at Childswickham Air Control Tales talk by Phil Garnett-Clarke

22nd Feburary - at Childswickham Heroes of Horology talk by Peter Welstead

22nd March - at Childswickham Rebuilding an MG talk by John Long

26th April - Visit to The Royal Mint at Llantrisant

24th May - Visit to The Cotswold Distillery at Stourton

28th June - Visit to The Classic Car Hub at Bibury

26th Jul - Annual General Lunch (venue to be arranged)

23rd August - No meeting
