Cost: £3 per class
There are spaces in the Dance Exercise classes.
You are most welcome to come and join us. Please wear comfortable clothing, footwear with non-slip soles and bring your own water.
Our main aim is to focus on our own personal Well-being by having fun with others while trying out different dance styles and keeping active in both mind and body to lively music.
