11 March - Peter Morgan. From flax to linen. How the flax industry developed in our area.
8 April - Geoff Reynolds. The development of the rigid airship by Graf Zeppelin and its successful commercial application until the Hindenburg disaster of 1937.
13 May – Jenny Braddy. Many think Middlesbrough began in the 1830s as the industrial revolution reached this area. Well, we may have to think again.
10 June – Discover historic Marske. Patricia Chapman will guide us round the hidden gems and old town of historic Marske, bringing it to life.
