We are the Emsworth & District u3a, a friendly organisation which provides activities to promote active minds in a friendly social setting. It is affiliated to the Third Age Trust, the National body providing a wide range of services to u3as throughout the country.
New members are always welcome. The Members page gives details of how to join. You can download an application form here also.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly general meetings are normally held at 10.00 am on the third Friday of each month (except August and December) in St James Hall, 20 Church Path, EMSWORTH, PO10 7DP. Free tea and coffee are available from 9.30 am.
The Speaker Secretary arranges a talk each month - The Events page shows details of the meetings. It will take a little time to organise the list of speakers but they will be announced as soon as possible.
Events and Outings
The Events Page also shows details of outings and social events that have been arranged.
Groups
Groups are an important part of the u3a of which Emsworth u3a has a large selection. Also, we have an agreement with Havant u3a that we can join each other's groups where there is agreement within the group and available spaces.
