The running of our u3a is governed by our Constitution which was updated in 2015 to comply with best practice and legislation using the model constitution provided by the Third Age Trust as a guide. It was further amended in 2018 to revise the definition of Charitable Purposes in line with the revised guidance from The Third Age Trust and again in 2019 to increase the maximum number of terms that members can serve in specified roles on the Committee.
