The Strollers is a more leisurely walking group. We meet each Tuesday afternoon, time to be advised weekly. We usually meet at St Andrew's car park, always have your bus passes at the ready, we may car share or walk from there. We will usually have refreshments at a nearby cafe sometime during the stroll. Our strolls are usually about 2 miles long and easy walking. They often include a place of interest.

Strolls have included local walks around Washington, the coast at Sunderland, Seaham and South Shields, the ferry to North Shields, Durham, Newcastle, Saltwell Park, Beamish Museum and many others

Members take turns to plan and lead the strolls.
