Study Days & Downloads

Study days are open to all U3A members and guests are very welcome. They are held in the Menuhin Hall, Stoke d'Abernon; starting at 9.30am with registration and running from 10am to 4pm. The fee, including coffee/tea and biscuits, is £10 for members and £12 for guests. Attendees should bring a packed lunch. Prior booking is necessary. Click on any study day link below for a programme and booking form. You can use the on-line form on the Contact page to send a message to John Kennedy, Booking Secretary. We are currently more seeking volunteers stewards for the study days; contact our committee via the website or at a study day if you might be interested.

If you would like to comment on the organisation or content of the study day or would like to offer ideas for the future please use the Feedback Form and send it to John Kennedy as an email attachment or fill in the same form which will be available at the study days and hand it to any member of the committee. For information the list of study day titles over fourteen seasons is given here, together with a poster of a typical study day. When study day hand-outs or presentations are available for download they will be mounted here for a period of three months.

Leslie Pitcher gave a study day on Van Gogh and a list of slides can be downloaded by clicking on Van Gogh Presentation Details.
The speakers on UK Energy Futures gave talks on Fracking, Fusion, Storage and Transmission. Click on title to download presentation once it has been loaded.
