Our aim is to make our trips as enjoyable and varied as possible, with consideration to learning, fun and friendship, whilst keeping the costs affordable.
Sometimes we have late cancellations, usually due to ill health, in which case you may receive a call if your name is on the waiting list. So do not give up if you think the list is full, you may still have a chance. It is sometimes worth calling me to check.
If you find that you are unable to keep a booking you have made, let me know, as it will free the place for someone else. Remember to write what you are paying for on the back of your cheques, and if you have them ready at the general meeting, it will speed things up.
Please make cheques payable to Hullbridge U3A, with details on reverse, to pay in at meeting.

Your name & reference will show against each payment received & will be allocated to the
Correct trip. Your payment will be received & recorded directly into the Social Account.
