The Mission is a lovely old building, near the top of hill, very comfortable and just the right shape and size for dances.
Mr. Playford wrote down a collection of dances back in the 17th Century. They are stately, dignified and they require concentration. If you fall about laughing, as sometimes happens, it won't work!
We don't only dance "Playford", and we are quite proud that we can perform The Abram Circle hankies an' all, with a little shout of exhilaration on the last hankie flurry - and not many people know about that one!
