BENEFITS OF MEDITATION
One of the greatest changes I feel after breathing and mediating practise is a sense of renewed energy and clarity of mind, as if I have woken from a nice deep restful sleep. I can lose track of time sometimes when meditating; me mind can go into another calmer state.
The more you practise mediation, the easier and more relaxing it becomes. You get to feel you want to do it even more and for longer periods of time - it is so very effective. You don't get tired of such repletion - an inherent aspect of some practicing.
After a particularly restful meditation I feel more centred and clam and when I feel calmer the music flows better and I feel like I an so much more emotionally involved and connected to my instrument better. I am much more focussed and can aim for my goals and keep them. My mind is so much clearer. My music expresses more the music of mind. I am able to achieve more and better by being calmer.
These are some of the benefits we can get from practicing meditation.
Our lives change for the better and we don't want to look back.
