Group Leader - Alan Osborne
Warrington U3A Film club meets at ' The Gateway' (opposite the Town Hall) in the Large conference room ( Large screen and good sound system). This is usually on the first Tuesday after the monthly meeting (Please check the programme). Films will start at 10.30am. We show a wide variety of films across each season covering many genres (generally those of wide appeal and 2 hours or under in length). If time there is usually a chance to chat about the film before or after the showing. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 60 so we usually operate a 'signing up' system at each film and monthly meetings ( or contact me in advance). Although we do not charge members an admission fee there will be a £1 contribution per year to enable us to purchase new films.
(Subtitles for the hard of hearing are available on request)
Come and join us! (Bring your own popcorn)
