French Literature

NO KNOWLEDGE of French required for this group

We meet and discuss some gems of French literature such as the works of Camus, Proust, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Marguerite Duras.....with the focus at present on the 20th century.

Participants can read either in English or in French, Discussions are in English. We aim to read a minimum of 3 books and a maximum of 6 per season

Meetings are between the months of September to April at a date and time to suit members
