New members are welcome.
We discuss many aspects of Family and Social History e.g. occupation and social change. We also look at, and help each other out on researching our family history. Currently we are looking at the important role that women played in shaping our history.
At our meeting in July we will be discussing Constance Markiewicz, the first woman to be elected to the Commons, Westminster.
Sometimes places of interest are visited as a meeting or an extra event.
