General meetings are normally on the second Thursday of the month and commence at 2.00pm sharp, and take place in Christ Church, 164 New London Road, Chelmsford CM2 0AW. See the Monthly Meeting Location link for a map.
From September we are starting to meet again face to face , it is such a long time since we have had the chance to see members and friends and I am sure like a lot of us it will be exciting if a bit scary!!!
Rest assured we are following all Government guidelines for meeting in the hall with plenty of space for social distancing for those that want to, hand sanitisers will be in place and you can wear masks if you wish. But it will be so nice to see faces in real time and not via zoom.
We are hoping to be able to zoom the speakers in October and November, for those that will be unable to attend in person. However, we cannot guarantee this yet as we need to test the equipment at our new venue, so watch this space for more updates after our September meeting.
Our meetings will start from 1.30/1.45 with the speaker starting at 2pm. Tea and coffee will be availabletalks.
