UKES FOR FUN
Meeting: 2nd Monday 10am - 12 noon

Ukulele for Fun meets at Christ Church Chorleywood on the 2nd Monday of the month, 0945 for a prompt 1000 start – 12.15 which allows time for setting up and clearing up.
Players in this group are of mixed abilities/experience and are members from both Rickmansworth and Chorleywood u3as. To start playing - basic chords can be learnt quickly so beginners are welcome to join the group. Guidance will be provided and some practice at home between meetings is encouraged.
More experienced players may be interested in joining our Ukulele Improvers group – The Uke Imps - see below.
THE UKE IMPS
Meeting: 3rd Wednesday of the month 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Venue: Christchurch, Chorleywood

The Uke Imps meet at Christ Church Chorleywood on the 3rd Wednesday of the month 1.30 for a prompt 1.45 start – 4.00 pm which allows time for setting up and clearing up. This Group is for those who would like to widen their playing skills within a smaller group. Members are also from both Rickmansworth and Chorleywood u3as and are players with a few years’ experience with our main Ukulele for Fun group who want to develop more advanced techniques.
For those players who enjoy playing for others in 2023 there have been gigs for the Stroke Association in Croxley, The Mission Employable interns graduation ceremony at Christ Church Chorleywood and they will be playing at Cedars Village, Chorleywood in October.
