T’ai Chi

The slow and graceful movements of T’ai Chi promote the flow of internal energy and improve flexibility, balance and strength. They give long-term health benefits through using and training both body and mind.

Amritah, our teacher, ensures everyone makes progress in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
