Sewing and Knitting
Members with an interest in all types of sewing and/or knitting projects are welcome. Consequently, the range of handicrafts is broad and in the last year encompassed embroidery, cross stitch, tapestry, quilting, clothes alteration and dressmaking, knitting, crotchet, Christmas decorations and bags ... Skill levels vary and friendly advice and help from fellow group members is always available (before, during and after the break for tea and biscuits!) as we all support and learn from each other.
The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 2pm in the VC Hall Meeting Room and anyone wishing to join us will be made very welcome whatever your skill level and interest.
