Meets weekly on a Wednesday from 10.30am to 12.00pm

Meetings are held in member's houses.

The group is limited to 8 members

· To allow all members the opportunity to contribute fully at each meeting

· To ensure that everyone is able to hear adequately without splitting into sub groups

and

· To allow all members to be accommodated comfortably at meetings.

This Group engages in a generally light hearted discussion of the activities of members and a wide range of topics of general interest, with a slight emphasis on wider Hispanic culture past and present and sometimes set around preselected themes. It is intended for participants who have a reasonable basic knowledge of Spanish grammar and usage and wish to maintain and enhance their conversational skills. It is not a suitable group for studying basic grammar or for beginners
