The links below provide some examples of how other groups have organised themselves. A key decision when setting up a new group is to decide its scope (e.g. focussed only on the climate emergency or broader coverage). From this will follow a suitable name for the group, which is important if only to give the right message to potential members. These case studies will give you some ideas on how other groups have dealt with these issues.
