The Singing for Pleasure Group is the largest U3A group in Church Stretton. We have around 80 on the roll with an average attendance of 50.
We sing everything from Abba to Mozart and you do not have to read music. Ru Trew and I run the group and enjoyment is the key!!
The group meets at the Parish Centre, Church Street from 2:15 to 4:15 on the first and third Tuesdays of every month.
If you want any more information, I will be happy to talk to you.

It is a mixed group, with a growing male section and open to all whether you think you can sing or not. Some people have sung in choirs before and read music, and others not, but just enjoy singing. Songs vary from Mozart to Abba and much in between, sometimes in easy parts and sometimes in unison. New members are welcome and can always be accommodated.
