Tai Chi & Qui Gong
Classes for health, fitness and welbeing. Tai Chi is the slow, gentle, flowing exercise that is also a defensive martial art. Good for mind and body, regular practice delivers a range of health benefits from lowered stress, improved balance and muscle tone, reduced blood pressure and greater bone density, The form taught is the most popular Tai Chi world-wide.
New members are welcome, but the Fan/Sword class is currently full.
Suitable for anyone wanting to learning the secrets of a calm mind, relaxed body and enhanced spirit that comes from Tai Chi.
For those who want to practise more advanced Tai Chi routines.

|+Intermediate, Advanced and Qui Gong:||Sarratt Village Halle||Weekly on Tuesdays, 1:30pm - 2:45pm|
|Tai Chi, Fan and/or Sword:||Sarratt Village Halle||Weekly on Tuesdays, 2:45pm - 3:30pm|
+Tai Chi Fan Form is taught and practised for 15 minutes at the end of these classes.
If these times are not convenient for you, local U3As in Chorleywood, Saratt, Rickmansworth and Croxley Green have agreed that members can attend any class in the area. Contact Gordon for further information.
