Tai Chi & Qui Gong

Good for mind and body, regular practice delivers a range of health benefits from lowered stress, improved balance and muscle tone, reduced blood pressure and greater bone density, The form taught is the most popular Tai Chi world-wide.
Suitable for anyone wanting to learning the secrets of a calm mind, relaxed body and enhanced spirit that comes from Tai Chi.
For those who want to practise more advanced Tai Chi routines including the SWORD Form and the FAN Form.

Tai Chi Fan Form is taught and practised for 15 minutes at the end of these classes.
