INTEGRATIVE YOGA is a “Philosophy in Form”, the means to touching that special presence within oneself through Yin Yoga, Hatha and Qi Gong in order to attain true lightness and stillness of body, a moving form of meditation, which makes yoga effortless and full of integrity.
Katy is taking time out from running her Yoga class which has been very well received by her students. We very much hope to welcome her back at some time in the future and wish her well in the meantime.
