To challenge and support: help the practice to improve service delivery

There is a committee of twelve elected at the Annual General Meeting which is open to all members. The committee meets at least four times a year.

Membership of the wider group is open to all persons over the age of 16 who are patients of the practice and who have notified their contact details for membership to the Membership Secretary. Members will be asked, perhaps twice a year, about matters that affect the practice and its patients. This is likely to be by on-line surveys or by postal questionnaires.

More members are welcome to join by completing forms which are available at Cuffley and Valley View Surgeries.
