Meet at Cheshunt station at 9.45am to catch the 10.09am train to St Margarets Station.Then walk down Amwell Lane to the reserve

Eight of the group visited Amwell Nature Reserve on Monday 9th March on a sunny Cloudy day and we saw 38 species of birds
The highlight of the day was seeing the Goldeneye and Cetti’s warbler

10 of the group visited Woodbury wetlands on Monday 13th January on a sunny windy day and we saw 33 species of birds
The highlight of the day was seeing the jay (4 of them)

AUGUST 2019
6 of the group visited Tring Reservoirs On Monday 12th August 2019 on a Sunny day and we saw 28 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Green Sandpiper.

6 of the group visited Walthamstow Wetlands on Monday 8th July 2019 on a sunny day and we saw 32 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Common Tern and Peregrine.

8 of the group visited Fingringhoe Wick on Monday 13th May 2019 on a sunny day and we saw 34 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Common Tern.

7 of the group visited Fowlmere on Monday 11th March 2019 on a sunny but windy day and we saw 15 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Barn Owl.

13 of the group visited Fishers Green on Monday 11th February 2019 on a sunny cloudy day and we saw 36 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Red-crested Pochard and Goosander.

9 of the group visited Two Tree Island on Monday 8th October 2018 on a sunny but cloudy day and we saw 30 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Little Egret and Greenshank.

12 of the group visited Tyttenhanger Lakes on Monday 10th September 2018 on a sunny but cloudy day and we saw 23 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Green sandpiper and the Greenshank.

8 of the group visited London Parks on Monday 13th August 2018 on a sunny day and we saw 30 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the ostrich and the Black swan.

12 of the group visited Collage Lakes Nature Reserve on Monday 9th April 2018 on a wet rainy day and we saw 39 species of birds
The highlight of the day was seeing the Little ringer plover and Redshank.

5 of the group visited Regents Park on 10th July, a warm sunny day, where we saw 32 different species of birds with the highlight being the Bahama Pintail and the Shelduck.

10 of the group visited Bowers Water and Hall Marsh Scrape on Monday 12th December 2016 on a cloudy day. We saw 35 species of birds.
The highlight of the day was seeing the Jay and Stonechat.

8 of the group visited Rye Meads on the 9th January 2017 on a cloudy day with some showers and we saw 29 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Mistle thrush.

7 of the group visited London Wetland Centre on the 10th October 2016 on a sunny day, and we saw 32 species of birds. The highlight of the day was seeing the Pochard & Egyptian goose

9 of the group visited Rainham marshes nature reserve on the 12th September 2016 on sunny day, and we saw 36 species of birds
The highlight of the day was seeing the Hobby and Buzzard.

7 of the group visited Panshanger Park on the 8th August 2016 on a sunny and windy day; we saw 24 species of birds.
The highlight of the day was seeing the Green Woodpecker and Buzzard.

9 of the group visited the London Parks on the 11th July 2016 on a sunny windy and showery day: we saw 41 species of birds The highlight of the day was seeing the Yellow legged gull and Ring-necked parakeet. This walk started in St James Park and then went on to Hyde Park and was led by Bill Nevard.

On 13th June, 10 of our members visited Two Tree Island where we spotted avocet and sparrow hawk birds.

8 of the group visited Amwell Reserve on 9th May and saw 33 species of birds.

6 of the group visited Tring Reservoirs on the 11th April 2016 on a sunny and windy day, it did not rain until we were leaving and we saw 45 species of birds.
The highlight of the day was seeing the Red Kite and Tree Creeper.

8 of the group visited Walthamstow Reservoirs on the 14th March 2016 on a sunny and windy day and saw 36 species of birds
The highlight of the day was seeing the cetti’s warbler and Kingfisher
