It is collected via membership forms or online contact forms and is required in order to fulfill our contract with you as a member of Chepstow U3A.

The Third Age Trust has sought legal advice on the most suitable lawful basis for processing member’s data and accountability and have recommended that U3As use a mixture of contract and consent. Due to the payment made by members for membership of U3As this provides the necessary basis for a contractual relationship.

Your data will only be used in connection with your membership of Chepstow U3A and will never be disclosed to a third party without your consent.
