WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?

  • Membership is £10.00 and runs for twelve months from 1st April to 31st March the following year. For new members who join between January and March subscriptions last until March the following year.
  • If you are a member of another u3a then you will pay a reduced rate of £6.50. When joining or renewing with the reduced membership, please tell us the name of your other u3a.

HOW TO JOIN CHEPSTOW u3a

All new members MUST complete a membership form

1.Join Online This is our preferred option but you have to use Online Banking or a banking app.
2.Join at a MeetingDownload the Membership Form - PDF and take the completed form with cash or cheque to a Monthly Meeting or Coffee Morning.
3.Join by PostDownload the Membership Form - PDF and send the completed form with your cheque to the membership secretary - address at the top of the page.

EXISTING MEMBERS - How to Renew your Membership

You can renew your membership from the middle of January onwards. If you have not renewed by the June monthly meeting you will receive a reminder. If you have not renewed by the end of June your membership will lapse and be removed from our database. You can renew your membership as follows:

1.Online Our preferred option. Click on Paying Online, you have to use Online Banking or a banking app.
2.At a MeetingGo to a Monthly Meeting or Coffee Morning where you can pay by cash or cheque.
3.By PostSend a cheque together with a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of your membership card (if you want one) to the membership secretary at the address at the top of the page.
