In the current Covid-19 situation, please make yourself aware of the Risk Assessment Walking before going on any Wanderers walk.
About the group
We meet on Monday mornings at CLC car park, leaving by 9.50am to travel to the walk start point, car-sharing and taking turns to drive.
The walks are usually between 3½ and 5 miles over varied terrain. Most of us have a pub lunch at the end of the walk - the pub depending on the walk area. In-line with the other walking groups, we no longer accept dogs on our walks.
We tend to be fair weather folk, so if the weather is poor to start (rain) with a poor outlook, the walk can be called off, in which case I will endeavour to contact everyone. Without the walk most of us meet at the pub anyway around 12.30pm (usually The Huntsman, Shirenewton).
If you are interested in joining us, please ring me or e-mail with your phone number and I will be glad to tell you more about us.
