Refunds Policy

  • If a member has to cancel their booking on a trip, a refund cannot usually be given because money may already have been committed for advance bookings or calculations for accommodation, entrance fees, transport etc.
  • Cancellations due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Chepstow u3a is not in a position to refund any money that cannot be recovered from a booking for a theatre, hotel, coach, AwayDays visit, etc due the Coronavirus situation. Members must decide for themselves if they want to take the risk of cancellation. This must be made clear to members at the time of booking.
