Thank you to Linda Keighley for keeping this connection going for 5 years.
As Linda wanted to retire, and no-one else had been identified within Cheadle, to restart this activity, I sought someone in Uttoxeter. This made sense as the Uttoxeter Cinebowl manager had changed and direct contact was needed.
Pamela (Uttoxeter u3a) is now leading this, and so far the event has proved very popular, with more U3As being made aware of the film showings.
All showings will appear on the events page.
I is hoped that the event will take place at the beginning of the month at the Cinebowl, Uttoxeter. However the intention is to advertise these on the Events page of your website and in the Cheadle u3a monthly e-news.
The current cost is £4 and you will need to show your current Cheadle u3a membership card.
