CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE
I am pleased to report that most of our groups are now actively meeting up again, and it’s great to see members gaining back their confidence to meet up and join in. We even have ideas being floated for setting up new groups, so please submit any thoughts you have regarding interest groups, join in and enjoy yourself. As the logo says ‘Live, Learn, Laugh’

June is here, not really flaming yet, but marks the start of another membership year and more importantly our 10th Anniversary. If you haven’t already done so now is the time to renew your membership, on line preferably, but if you unable to do that then the membership team will be in the meeting room to accept your renewal and give you your membership card.

As I said, June marks 10th Anniversary of the Carlton and Gedling u3a, and to celebrate this the June General Meeting will be a social event themed on the past 10 years. We will have a quiz hosted by Neil Kendrick and a steel band to entertain us, so please come along and join in.

July will be our AGM, so please help us by joining the committee and keep the Carlton and Gedling u3a active.

Technical Support Group
Want to know how to make more use of your Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or PC? - then contact the Tech Support Group. We will be around at General Meetings to help with simple problems, or are available to give one to one help for anything more complex.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix broken equipment, but may be able to point you in the right direction for help.

Richard
