Upon joining Carlton & Gedling U3A you will automatically become a member of the Trips and Visits group. Our aim is to provide varied and interesting destinations about once a month at a reasonable price. To see reports and photos from previous trips click the links in the Sidebar menu.
FUTURE TRIPS
WORCESTER: Thursday 7th July 2022
Places to visit: the Cathedral and the Tudor House Museum (both free entry), Greyfriars House and Garden (free to go in gardens and cafe, National Trust charge for house) and/or shopping and there are other museums further afield to visit (time permitting).
Cost of coach: £15 per person. Tickets will be on sale at the May General Meeting. Pease complete a booking form beforehand (see below). Cheques only please.
BURGHLEY HOUSE & GARDENS: Wednesday 14th September

BOOKINGS FORMS
Members wishing to go on a trip should fill in a booking form. These are available on the Trips table at the General Meetings.
However, to reduce the congestion around the Trips table and make the booking process more efficient we encourage you to download a copy of the form from below and fill it in before you go to the meeting. Please pay by cheque made payable to Carlton & Gedling U3A.
VISITORS
If a trip has spare places available at the time of the General Meeting before the trip, non-U3A members may go on the trip on payment of a £1 visitor subscription on top of the price of the trip. Any visitor may attend two U3A trips or meetings. After that they will be asked join the U3A before taking part in any further U3A activities.
