In the interests of “getting back to normal” the Discussion Group is returning to its original venue; Carlton Fire Station. We do, however, have a new monthly date and time. From June onwards we will meet at 10:15am on the 4th Fridays.

We would welcome any new members – going forward we will be discussing a pre-selected topic each month and then, following a break while coffee is made, we will talk about current affairs and any topics members have picked from the TV news or newspaper articles.

On 24th June our major topic will be “How do we think the Monarchy should change to suit the modern world?” Plenty of contention there then!

I look forward to seeing all our regulars and a few new faces.

Lynne
