What we do:
A very gentle level of Tai Chi so that everyone can work to their own ability. No special clothing is required, just wear something comfortable and ‘flattish’ shoes. Classes last an hour and consist of a 5 minute meditation, gentle stretching exercises to ‘limber up’, learning the Tai Chi form and concludes with another 5 minute meditation.
