What we do:
Shabashi is composed of 18 Qigong movements for health and happiness. Unlike most exercises the more "lazily" we practise them the more effective they are. The movements build strength and flexibility and over time pain from arthritis and injuries, old and new, is reduced and often removed altogether. Shabashi is also a mood lifter.
