A swimming group for all abilities, including non swimmers.

The group will be led by Jeff Parkhouse, an ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher, who is prepared to provide tuition and advice as required.

Two 45 minute sessions will be provided. Swimmers will be allocated the session

Important note: Where, on the public calendar, it shows School swimming until 15.00, he will be teaching schools. There will some space for lane swimming in medium/deep water. Those wishing to receive guidance or who are more comfortable in shallow water should join the 15.00 - 15.45 session.
