Then come along to our friendly Yoga Class that is held on Mondays at the War Memorial Hall from 12pm – 1.45pm.
The class is run by Lisa, an experienced fully trained teacher. She tailors the class to member’s capabilities so you don’t need to worry that you won’t be able to keep up. Towards the end of the class there is a period of relaxation where you can lie back and just drift off. After the class, there is time for tea, coffee, biscuits and more importantly, a chat with friends.
It is a lot of fun, so why not come along for a free trial session to see if you like it – just let Sandy know and you’ll be guaranteed a warm welcome.
P.S. Brian would love it if more men joined the class as he is finding it tiring fending off the attentions of so many women!!
