Astronomy

UPDATE for the new session 2023 - 2024

U3A Astronomy welcomes all people who have an interest in astronomy and its associated subjects. No previous knowledge or specialist equipment is required, just a desire to learn more about the universe in which we live. If you want to explore further, we have a stock of binoculars that can be borrowed free of charge.

Our meetings are held on the third Friday of each winter month, starting in October and running through to March, from 10 a.m. to around midday.

If you would like to be involved or require further information, please contact me by clicking on the pigeon at the top right-hand column and completing the web-form that appears.
