We meet on Monday afternoons in St Andrew’s Church Hall, Callander.
Whether you are a beginner, an experienced dancer or someone who hasn’t danced for a long time and wants to start again this is the class for you. The difficulty of the dances is tailored to the ability of the class so that everyone can participate and we progress at a pace which suits the class, with a mixture of dances old and new. Classes last for one hour and thirty minutes, with breaks as needed. There is a charge of £2 per person, per class, to cover the rental of the hall. You don’t need to wear special dance shoes, just shoes in which you feel comfortable dancing.
The classes begin on Monday 5th September, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
How to find us
- If you are coming from the Doune / Stirling direction, St Andrew’s Church is on the right-hand side of the road just after Tesco as you drive out of Callander, heading North towards Strathyre.
- If you are coming from the Strathyre / Killin direction, St Andrew’s is on the left-hand side. Drive past the pedestrian crossing and the church is next door to The Old Rectory Hotel.
There is a small car park at the church. Follow the path round the right-hand side of the church and you will come to the hall.
