Paul Martinez from Notts U3A Networks made this good YouTube information video to teach you how to use YouTube for interest group sessions. Even some that you may think would not work on line! The idea of a Film Group sounds great as well as learning Scottish Dancing. Let's be creative!

On Thursday 12 November there is a Zoom training session specially organised for our U3A by TAT. Please email Sue Vernon to book a place - first come first serve: suevernonu3a@gmail.com

We need to keep going and Zoom seems to be the most popular way of connecting with group members in these difficult times. There is also, of course, Face Time, Skype, Go to Meetings and this link How to Guide gives you all sorts of other options to stay in touch with your groups.

Zoom is reliable and the Buxton & District U3A has now got a licence to use Zoom longer than the first free 40 minutes and we therefore can hold longer general meetings.

The U3A national website (www.u3a.org.uk) advertises introduction courses to Zoom for FREE. Use this link zoom introduction courses to book yourself on a course if you would like to learn how to use Zoom with your group members.

You can also find numerous introduction to Zoom videos on the YouTube channel (www.youtube.com)

Good Luck!
