Ukulele for Fun
Most members of the group were absolute beginners when the group started (March 2019) and didn't own a Ukulele. They all now have their own instrument, but if you would like to "try before you buy" we have a few ukuleles that you can borrow.
The group is progressing steadily, building a portfolio of songs and playing techniques. Our aim is to sing and play together in such a way that everyone is included regardless of ability, which means that more experienced users are asked to be patient to allow the less able members to join in the fun.
Please contact the Group leader/coordinator (Sandra Dewsberry) before attending for the first time by clicking the blue bird on the top right of the page (on personal computer) or bottom of the page (on a tablet or smart phone), or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The "Ukulele for Fun" group meet in the afternoon on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
We meet at Brook House on Shobnall Road from 2.15pm until 4pm
