Do you enjoy 60’s, 70’s and 80’s music?
Are you free Wednesday mornings?
If the answer is yes to these questions, then come along for an hour’s low impact aerobic session, which includes working with weights and mat work. We have a qualified instructor and it is in an enjoyable class for both men and women of all abilities.
If there are exercises that you are unable to do, don't worry , you wont be the only one . You can just take a rest or try something less strenuous.
Its a fun way to keep your body and brain active.
WHAT TO WEAR
Most members choose t-shirts and joggers/leggings, and trainers are recommended.
For some exercises we use a mat and some weights. We have some spares but can buy one from gyms sports shops and on line .
People start with two 1kg weights or you can use small filled water bottles.
Some members bring along a bottle of water to drink between exercises and we often go for a cuppa and a chat afterwards.
