The next series is entitled - The Stories of British Towns and starts on Friday 31 May.

This is open to any member of our U3A. NO NEED TO BOOK – just turn up, there is plenty of room in the Church.
COST - £2 per session attended to include tea/coffee and biscuits.
Our next meeting is on Friday March 31st
Martyn Hall, our excellent speaker is embarking on a series of talks about the more
interesting Kings and Queens of England. We began with Richard the Lionheart who only
spent two years of his reign in England, and who only spoke French, yet has assumed
legendary status in History. We will also be hearing about King John, and Mary Queen of
Scots
We are a friendly group, and we have a refreshment break at half time. We usually finish by
3.30pm to 3.45pm.
If you would like to join us just turn up. Cost is £2.50 per session.
