A U3A group which will restart (post Covid) on Thursday 9th September at the United Reform Church, Old Mill Lane, Broxbourne

We learn about relaxation techniques; breathing, how to cope with anxiety, mindfulness, meditation, alternative therapies and how to look after ourselvesĀ and spoil ourselves.

Learn mindfulness as an effective counter-balance to the stresses of life.
