The T'ai Chi group meets fortnightly on Tuesday morning. Join us for graceful exercise.
T'ai Chi is well-known for soothing both the body and the mind and the different moves focus on various parts of the body (both inside and out!) Each session lasts for one hour and is led by our experienced tutor, Anne. She is very encouraging, always taking the time to explain exactly what the movements mean and what effect they are having on us. Although we need to concentrate on getting the correct actions, we have a lot of fun during the sessions and Anne has a great sense of humour which keeps us coming back for more.
